Fill out the above registration form and send it to email@example.com with payment or call (205) 326-4129. We must receive your registration 24 hours before your scheduled webinar in order to assure adequate time to reserve a spot in our live webinar.
Once your registration is received, Tangy will register you with GoToWebinar and send you a confirmation email that we received your registration. Following her email you will receive another email confirming you are registered for the course and it will include the webinar information.
During the webinar, you will be asked to verify attendance by responding to a poll question. AIIA will file your CE credit with the Alabama Department of Insurance at the conclusion of the webinar and once the attendance is verified.
