Course:      D&O and Commercial Inland Marine Seminar 
Description: These courses, taught by Timothy Malloy, CIC, CPCU, ARM, LUTCF, AMIM, from Dennisville, New Jersey, are commercial lines courses.  The D&O course will introduce students to the importance of Directors and Officers liability  insurance. Included will be a discussion of the history of D&O Insurance, the purpose of the coverage, types of coverage, sources of claims and risk control suggestions.  There will also be a discussion of Employment Practices Liability insurance.  The Inland Marine course will include a discussion of the Nationwide Marine Definition, characteristics of filed and non-filed inland marine forms, and a discussion of the more common inland marine forms used in commercial lines.  Make plans to attend this seminar early as our specialty seminars fill up quickly!
