AIIA EDUCATION POLICIES
Transfers & Substitutions honored up to the date of the class without penalty or loss of registration fees.

Registration Credit for a class not attended in the event of sickness or emergency, may be held for 10 working days after date of class. Registration fees may be transferred to another class or substituted for another student. Credits not applied within 10 working days of event may be considered a NO SHOW with possible 100% loss of registration fee.

Refunds - 100% REFUND given IF request has been given NO LESS THAN 10 DAYS PRIOR to date of class.

Cancellations 50% refund given IF received 10 DAYS OR LESS from date of class. Transfers or substitutions are allowed without penalty.

Cancellation / No Shows (Absentees) on the date of class will receive NO refund or allowance to transfer or substitute any part of their registration fee. They lose 100% of the registration fees. Loss is applied to contracted food, room reservation and class manual printing costs.

Extended Credit is not an option. Credit will be refunded, transferred or substituted as policies stated above.
