Whether you are a brand-new recruit to the insurance industry or already have a few years of producing under your belt … do we have news for you!

The Young Agents Committee of the Alabama Independent Insurance Agents is your resource for professional development and industry involvement. The committee is made of approximately fifteen young agents from across the state. Our main goal is to promote involvement of young producers within the association while offering in return a myriad of educational and networking opportunities.

Inside this packet, you will find valuable information on Education Programs offered through the association, conferences planned for the upcoming year, directories of staff and an outline of member benefits and services available to you.

As you learn more about the opportunities available, I would encourage you to set your goal to attend the next Young Agents Conference. Held at the Sandestin Resort in Florida, this is a three-day sales training oriented conference aimed at teaching you techniques to be better at your job. There is also plenty of fun and we encourage you to bring your family.
