AIIA Capital Campaign – Who Will Help Us Break $800,000?

Last week was a slow week for AIIA’s Building for Tomorrow Capital Campaign. That’s unfortunate when you consider that we now have an address for the new building. Building permits have been granted and we’re really constructing a new building. If you attended last week’s Insuring Contractors class on Clairmont Avenue in Birmingham, you saw what a great need this new building is to AIIA. This popular, informative class had more than 80 students; some had to sit in chairs in the back of the room while others were troubled by the parking situation. The new facility will alleviate this crowding and we can guarantee seat and parking space for everyone.

For our Associate Members, we still have staff offices in need of sponsors. AIIA will place a plaque of recognition with your company name outside the door of a staff member. Offices such as Director of Education Administration and Director of Meetings & Events both have a lot of foot traffic. Sponsoring an office is a sure way to gain exposure!

Our Goal Allocation is $1,000,000 broken down into two groups: Agent Member Goal is $750,000. To date we have received $571,650 in pledges from 102 agent members. This is 76.22% of our goal. Additionally, The Associate & Others Goal is $250,000. To date we have received $162,500 in pledges, or 65% of the goal.

Thanks to the following contributors who raised our Building for Tomorrow’s Capital Campaign pledge total to $734,150! Who will help us reach $800,000? Will you help us reach our goal? Call in your pledge to AIIA today! 205-326-4129.
