HOTEL CUT OFF DATE THIS WEEK!!

Save Money by Registering Today! Hotel Cut Off Date – May 9, 2004

How can a 5-minute investment of time save you $534? The Hotel Cutoff Date is Sunday, May 9, 2004, and once the block is closed, room prices will increase significantly and the hotel is not offering an extension on our room block. Register right now on line at www.aiia.org/conventions and click on the Online Registration. Don’t pay $399/night for a view of the hotel parking lot. After the Hilton cut off date, the Hilton projects the run-of-the-house rate will jump from $221 to $399/night and the beach view rate will jump from $271 to $449/night. (Savings of $178/night x 3 nights = $534) Don’t delay – two weeks before convention last year the hotel was sold out. We don’t want to see you left out on the beach with the stars for your roof – so use the link above to go right to online registration and make your 5 minutes save you big $$$! Don’t want to register online? Need a registration form? Call Kim Kay or Nancy Crowe at (205) 326-4129.

New to this year’s convention will be Progressive’s Wheel of fortune. Hypnotist and motivational speaker Robert Ian will perform his “Incredible Stage Hypnosis Show” after Saturday’s Closing Banquet on Saturday. Don’t worry about missing our favorite party band - “Meet The Press” will perform Thursday night rather than on Saturday night. Also, by attending the June AIIA Convention, IIABA will give you a 33% discount to the Annual IIABA National Convention in Orlando. Old favorites such as the poolside hospitality suites, the golf and fishing tournaments, the Kids Crab Hunt, Parent’s Night Out and the Ladies program are on the list of activities. Infinity Insurance will offer several free CEU classes. Guest speakers include IIABA President-Elect Thomas Grau, CPCU, Joey Ammons from the Alabama Dept. of Industrial Relations, Cathy Rein, CEO and President of MetLife Auto & Home, will speak about the state of the industry and motivational speaker Robert Ian will present “Identify, Master and Conquer Change.”
